Functional and hand-made with a keel attached to float upright in water, the sole purpose is to attract waterfowl in the spirit of hunting traditions. Saturday - Ballroom - Tank IWCA Style Decoy, and ODCCA Working Decoy Championship will be floated in a tank and judged in the ballroom on Saturday.
