Membership Application Form

Membership is $15 per year or $40 for three years and entitles individuals to

current club information, newsletters, seminar news and free admission to

the O.D.C.C.A. Decoy Show. This fee is not tax deductible. Membership

year runs from Show to Show.
                OR, our new SILVER LIFE MEMBERSHIP option.

The SILVER LIFE MEMBERSHIP co-insides with your age.
From birth thru age 55, the cost for this membership is $300.
From age 56 thru 64 the cost is $225 and ages 65 and up, $150.
