ODCCA Vintage room info and regulations
Are you interested in selling vintage decoys, waterfowl and sporting collectible items at our show? We would love to have you and this note is to help you understand our process as well as rules and regulations. Now, here’s how to get started.
1) contact ken cole @ kencole3@aol.com or jon deeter at jbdeeter@aol.com to express your interest and request an application.
2) We attempt to keep all dealers on the first and second floors.
3) Once you are provided a room, it will be yours until a better room becomes available or you miss two consecutive years. The exception would be if you were provided a room due to the previous tenant missing their first year (illness, family commitment, etc.)
4) There is a waiting list for first floor rooms and a waiting list for poolside rooms. We do our best to accommodate your request in a fair manner.
5) First floor pool side fees are $140.00. First floor out side fees are $70.00. Second floor room fees are $50.00.
Note: These fees are made out to the club. The fees are for the opportunity
to sell from the room only and help
cover the cost of running and
maintaining the club. You are responsible for paying the hotel any
and all fees associated with the room.
6) You and any guest in the room must be o.d.c.c.a. members.
7) The majority of Merchandise on the first floor must be decoy and waterfowl related.
8) Rooms must be open during show hours as noted in the application.
9) Applications are typically sent out in November. Please contact us prior to ensure your inclusion.
10) If you had a room last year, you’re on the list. No need to contact us.
11) Prior to receiving your application, you will receive the clubs general membership show information packet. Do not send in your hotel reservation. All dealer room reservations will be handled by Ken cole and jon deeter.
