Flat Art Contest Any Migratory Waterfowl, Goose or Shorebird Sponsored by Tom Whitlock
1. Anyone can enter. There are two classes – Open and Student. 2. Any fine art media may be used with the exception of photographs or computer. 3. Your entry should not be framed or have glass or matting. 4. Min size 8 x 10 inches – Max size 11 x 14 inches. 5. Hand-carried entries must be presented to the contest chairman before 9:30 a.m. Saturday, in the Ballroom of the Strongsville Holiday Inn. Students (K through 12th grade) must pick up their entries on Sunday at 3 p.m. 6. The winning art work will be returned to the artist, but the ODCCA does reserve the right to have use of the winning artwork for future show pins, clothing items and the covers of our rules brochure and newsletter. 7. Note: When selecting your entry, keep in mind that your artwork will be used for next year’s logo. The Judges will be looking for fine art and art that will work well as logo art. Size, Color, Background and Artistic Representation are important.
