Rules:

No previous first place winning entry in any category may be entered in the contest for the following two contest years.
Judging based solely on decision of the judges.
First place (blue ribbon winners) will be displayed for the balance of the show for judging of the "People's Choice Award"
Two entries per person per category.

3. New England Merganser
4. Chesapeake Bay Canvasback
5. Ohio Redhead or Canvasback

6. Wisconsin Canvasback
7. Illinois River Decoy
8. Minnesota Decoy - Any Species
9. Southern Decoy - Any Species
10. Louisiana Decoy - Any Species
