1. This year's bird will be a head/bust woodduck.  A band-sawed blank will be supplied by the ODCCA.
2. Contestants must furnish all of their own tools, sandpaper, etc.  No Power tools will be permitted.
3. This contest has a two-hour time limit and no entry fee.
4. All carvings become property of the ODCCA and will be auctioned off Sunday afternoon at the Shorebird Auction.  All proceeds to benefit ODCCA.
