WANTED - Show Volunteer Coordinator

The recent passing of our friend and long time volunteer coordinator Charlie Hall has created this request.

The job description is as follows: Assign volunteers to man the front and side entrances of the Holiday Inn on Saturday and Sunday. The hours on Saturday are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM and on Sunday 9:00 Am to 2:00 PM. Also help with assigning volunteers to help with Raffle and Membership.

In addition, this very important job requires the money collected to be turned over to the treasurer and also maintaining the supply of show badges.

One of the perks of the job is you get to meet some fantastic people and you also get to work with a great group of decoy people putting on this show. It’s an easy job but one that is vitally important to the show and it requires just a bit of your time at the show.
